	Philosophy
	KOS is a unique philosophy of learning in which the arts are integrated with the school's core curriculum of all the basics - math, science, social studies, English and reading.
Mission Statement		Instructional Staff
To improve student academic performance, motivation, attendance and overall pride at school. To put kids on stage at every opportunity to build self-confidence, self-esteem, and to nurture productive life skills through visual and performing arts . To train students and educators through an arts-based curriculum and integrated academic course. To support the vision of Hillsboro School.
