CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

Construction crews are working on several projects across the district, which include:

* Brentwood High - Science and lab classroom additions scheduled for completion in mid-September.

* Homestead Middle - metal roof being applied, exterior brick progressing.

* Lipscomb Elementary - classroom addition scheduled for completion between September 30 and the first week of October.

* Spring Hill area elementary - broke ground last week, foundation installed for three of the classroom wings.

* Spring Hill area high school - broke ground this week.

* West Franklin area elementary - foundation complete, exterior walls constructed.

Important Dates

Monday, September 7, No school due to Labor Day

Tuesday, September 29, half day for students, parent teacher conferences

Wednesday, October 14, End of First Quarter Grading Period

Monday-Tuesday, October 19 & 20, No school for students due to Fall Break
