Tennessee State law now requires that a student have a note
signed by their parents or guardian if they are to be
dropped off anywhere other than their designated bus stop.
The request must be approved by the school administration
and given to the bus driver. This is the same
procedure Williamson County Schools has been using; the only
difference is it is now state law and NO exceptions will be
allowed.
Schools are also requested to use the bus pass
form provided by the Williamson County Schools
Transportation Department to authorize a student to ride a
different bus than the one they are assigned.
