DUAL ENROLLMENT FOR
SPRING 2009

Williamson County high school students will have several exciting opportunities this semester to earn high school and college credit at the same time.  "Dual enrollment is an opportunity that all qualified high school students should be taking advantage of," says WCS Career/Tech Coordinator Jackie Baggett.  "Dual enrollment helps students get comfortable with the expectations of a college level course."

Listed below are three CSCC Dual Enrollment opportunities for Spring Semester 2009:

Engineering Graphics - ERG 101
Thursday Evenings 5 - 9 p.m.
Location: Centennial High School

Medical Terminology - OFA 240
Monday & Wednesday Evenings 4 - 5:20 p.m.
Location: Franklin High School

Composition II - ENG 1020
Thursday Evenings 6 - 9 p.m.
Location: Centennial High School

In order to enroll, students must complete the post secondary school's application and the Dual Enrollment Grant Application with their high school counselor.  To apply for the Dual Enrollment Grant, students must receive both high school and college credit for the course.  Contact Lois Stone at CSCC at bstone2@columbiastate.edu or your high school counselor to get registered.
