STUDENT SPOTLIGHT
Centennial High School Cheerleaders
The Centennial High School
Cheerleaders were named the 2008 Small Varsity TSSAA State
Cheerleading Champs. Members of the squad are Sheridan
Richardson, Faith Hall, Jordan Parks, Audrey Love, Becca
Bedock, Kathryn Traxler, Ashley Evans, Melissa Campbell,
Izzy Arrendondo, Kaitlyn Chesak, Jennifer King, Becca Silver
and Fallon Fleischer. They are coached by Barbee
Morgan and Jay Noffsinger.
Jason Lesnick
FRANKLIN HIGH SCHOOL
Franklin High School student
Jason Lesnick recently performed with the National Honor
Band during the 2009 Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena,
California. Lesnick's band director is David Aydelott.
Kathy Kroeger
INDEPENDENCE HIGH SCHOOL
Independence High School
senior Kathy Kroeger was named the 2008 Wendy's High School
Heisman National Winner.
The cross country star
was selected from a field of nearly 34,000 applicants from
around the nation. Her coaches are Kristen Reames and
Luke Finley.
Billy Walick
RAVENWOOD HIGH SCHOOL
Ravenwood High School student
Billy Walick was invited to be part of the U-S Army All
American Marching Band. Walick's band director is Mark
Kinzer.
