FUNDRAISERS

FAIRVIEW ELEMENTARY DINNER & AUCTION

If you're looking for a bargain, be sure to check out the deals at the 2009 Fairview Elementary School auction.  The event will be held Sunday, March 15th beginning at 1 p.m. in the Fairview High School Auditorium.  Some of the items up for bid will include farm equipment, furniture and gift certificates.  Attendees will enjoy a delicious catered dinner as well as special entertainment provided by singer/songwriter James Gee.  Tickets are $8 for adults and $5 for children if purchased in advance.  Tickets will be $10 for adults and $7 for children if purchased at the door.

SUNSET ELEMENTARY DINNER & AUCTION

Sunset Elementary School's 4th Annual Dinner & Auction will be held Saturday, March 21 from 4-9 p.m. at Sunset Elementary School.  Participants will set sail on the "Sunset Star" for an evening that includes dinner from Moe's Southwestern Grill, live music, a silent auction and a live auction.  The event is for adults only, and tickets are $10 per person.  Auction items include theme baskets donated by Sunset classrooms and student "adventures" that have been donated by Sunset teachers.  In addition, several Sunset parents and many local businesses have generously donated items for both the silent and live auctions.

SCALES ELEMENTARY GOLF TOURNAMENT

Mark your calendars for the second annual Scales Golf Tournament. The 18-hole scramble will be held Monday, May 4 at Temple Hills Golf Course.  The cost is $100 per person or $400 for a team of four which includes green fee, golf cart, lunch, practice range balls, gift bag and prizes.  All participants must be 21 years or older.  For information on how to register, call Dan Gaudette at (615) 376-2359 or Randy Sanders at (615) 371-9732.
