CONSTRUCTION BEGINS ON
HOMESTEAD MIDDLE

Construction is moving right along at the site of Williamson County's newest middle school. Homestead Middle School, which is being built in the Spring Hill/Thompson’s Station area, is scheduled to open in August, 2010.

Crews have finished putting in most of the underground utilities, and are now working on the entrance roads from Buckner Lane.  "We plan to kick off the main construction efforts in the next few weeks," says Williamson County Schools' Facilities/Construction Director Kevin Fortney.  "Everything is right on schedule."
