FREE PARENTING WORKSHOP

The Williamson County Family Resource Center will host a parenting workshop Thursday, April 30 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the Franklin Public Library Conference Room.  Pat Elkins of the Learning Lab will facilitate the workshop titled Building Bridges: Helping Your Child Transition from Kindergarten, Middle school and High School.  Light refreshments will be served at 5:30 p.m.  Childcare will not be provided.  The event is free, but pre-registration is required.  For more information or to register, call Kathy Graves at 472-5018 or Priscilla Bright at 472-5013.
