WRITING CONTEST WINNERS

The winners of the 14th annual Williamson County Family Resource Center Writing Contest were recently announced.  Over 450 students participated in this year's contest, which was created to encourage the art of creative fiction writing and storytelling among students.

In addition to recognizing the students’ writing excellence, the Family Resource Center also recognized the schools with the most first place winners.  This year, both Ravenwood High School and Freedom Middle School were given the Golden Quill Award.
