BRENTWOOD HIGH SCHOOL PRESENTS:
BUBBLEGUM BABYLON
Do you ever long for the days
of N’Sync, Backstreet Boys, or BoyzIIMen? Come take a
fun-filled journey through pop culture with the students of
Brentwood High School. Brentwood’s jazz choirs will host
Bubblegum Babylon September 18 and 20. The performance
begins at 7:30 p.m. in Brentwood High’s Campbell Center.
Tickets are $5.
RAVENWOOD HIGH PRESENTS:
MACBETH
The
students at Ravenwood High School will perform one of
William Shakespeare’s most famous plays. Macbeth can be
seen October 25 through October 27 at 7:00 p.m. at Ravenwood
High School. There will also be a performance Sunday,
October 28 at 2 p.m. Tickets are $7 each.
FRANKLIN HIGH PRESENTS NEIL
SIMON’S FOOLS
Join Franklin High School for
a night of laughter. Franklin High School’s Theatre
Department will present the play Fools by Neil
Simon. Fools is the story of a small Ukrainian
village that has been under a cruse for the last 100 years.
The curse is everyone in the village is stupid. The new
schoolmaster has only one day to teach everyone in the
village something, or he too will fall under the curse. The
performance will be held November 1 and November 3 at 7:00
p.m., and November 4 at 3:00 p.m. Admission is $7 at the
door. Children five and under are free.
HERITAGE ELEMENTARY
PRESENTS: MUSIC OF THE DECADES
Take a
stroll down memory lane with the students at Heritage
Elementary School. Their first music program of the year
will be November 1 at 6:30 p.m. Heritage fifth graders will
perform Music of the Decades: 50’s to the Present.
The event is free, and will be held in the gymnasium.
INDEPENDENCE HIGH PRESENTS:
THE SOUND OF MUSIC
The halls
are alive with The Sound of Music! Independence High
School will perform the cherished musical November 8 through
November 10 and November 15 through November 17 at 7:00 p.m.
in the school auditorium. |
