ParentConnection

ParentConnection Information - Information about how initiate you ParentConnection  account and get signed up.

ParentConnection Participation Agreement   - All parents must complete the ParentConnection “opt in” agreement annually.  Parents that have already generated an account do not need to create a new account.  Remember that it takes both an agreement and an account to approve a student.  This links to the 2009-2010 school year form.

Acceptable Use, Media Release Form - All teachers and students must complete an Acceptable Use Guideline form allowing media and Internet access annually.  Please return the completed form to the PHS Office. This is the 2009-2010 school year form.
