PARENT PERMISSION FORM

The BHS English Department and library have NOT screened nor read every book on the HIT PARADE.  These books have been selected in good faith based on student recommendations and on legitimate educational sites on the internet.  We STRONGLY recommend that parents review their child’s selection for appropriate language and content. 

In order for your child to receive credit for his summer reading a Parent Permission Form must accompany a hard copy of his on-line review.  Please fill out the information below.
