BHS Summer Reading

Pre-AP Reading List for summer reading for any BHS student

This list is by no means all inclusive.  It is, instead, a gathering of works that appear on many AP and pre-AP reading lists.  The content and syntax of some of the works on this list is very challenging.  For other works, the content may be more challenging than the syntax.  For a few of the works, the content is controversial; please check with your parent before reading the text for class credit.
