Eighth Grade Physical Education (Semester Course)
This is a semester course in which students
are encouraged to dress out and participate every day.
Stretching, exercising, and running are required each
day. Students are
given the Presidential Physical Fitness test.
They are also involved in numerous physical activities
such as: volleyball,
basketball, table tennis, ultimate Frisbee, touch football, and
kickball. In
addition students are running a half-mile each day. |

Seventh Grade Physical Education (Semester Course)
Students participate in physical activities
along with group and individual games.
Positive sportsmanship is stressed
during competitive games.
The Presidential Physical Fitness
test is administered to give students the opportunity to work on
their weaknesses in a positive way.
Other class activities include:
basketball, volleyball, soccer,
ultimate Frisbee, flag football, and kickball.

Sixth Grade Physical Education (Semester Course)
Students will be encouraged to participate
in physical activities along with group and individual games.
Numerous physical activities are
included in the curriculum such as volleyball, basketball, table
tennis, ultimate Frisbee, touch football, kickball, and running.
Positive sportsmanship is stressed
throughout the course. Students will also have a unit on health
and wellness. The Presidential Physical Fitness test is
administered to give the students an opportunity to work on
their
weaknesses in a positive way.
