Student Expectations

To keep Brentwood Middle School safe, orderly, and focused on all students learning more than they already know, we have some expectations for all students:

Daily, arrive at school on time and stay all day (WCS Board Policy 6.200)

Learn and follow all school rules.  If you make a mistake, admit it and accept responsibility for it.

Use good manners everywhere that is related to school.

Respect all adults, follow their instructions, and cooperate with them.  Likewise, respect all students and their property.

Avoid language or actions that are inappropriate or hurtful to others (profanity or negative conversations about others.)

Tell a teacher, a counselor, or an administrator about any concerns, fears, or complaints.

Respect all school property.

Behave appropriately on all field trips.

No electronic devices (cell phones, walkie talkies, Ipods, PPS, etc) in classrooms or halls.  When using school computers and calculators, no games or other programs should be downloaded.
