Administrative Application Letter

Dear Applicant,  

Thank you for your interest in Williamson County School District.  In order to be eligible for an administrative position to include principal and assistant principal, you must have at least three years of teaching experience.  This teaching experience may include librarians, guidance counselors, psychologists, etc.  Additionally, the principal must have a minimum of one year of administrative experience.   Eligibility for all the administrative positions requires a minimum of a master’s degree with certification in Tennessee and holds a valid Beginning Administrator or a Professional Administrator License.  

After you complete the online application, you will be directed to a link to take an online interview with Gallupinsight.  After you complete the online interview, your score will be generated immediately and forwarded to us.   

Based on your application and interview, you can then be considered for a central office FIT (Further Insight into Talent) interview conducted by several senior staff members.  The senior staff will then make recommendations to the schools or superintendent for the final interview.  

Your application will remain active for an entire year for upcoming positions in our district office.  Please continue to view our website for openings from time to time.
