Cougar Athletics Physicals

PROSPECTIVE ATHLETES SHOULD TAKE A COPY OF THE TSSAA FORM TO THEIR APPOINTMENT, HAVE THE DOCTOR USE IT, AND RETURN TO JENNY WESSON IN THE ATTENDANCE OFFICE.

Free or reduced fee athletic physicals are available to Cougar athletes each year beginning during the latter part of April for students wishing to participate in athletics for the upcoming school year.  These dates and times are available during the month of April. 

Physicals received on or after April 15th are good for the entire next school year. 

TSSAA requires athletes to receive a sports physical April 15th or after even to just try out for any school sport.

Williamson County School Board policy requires students to have a current athletic physical on file in order to participate in any extracurricular activity involving athletics.  These activities include but are not limited to weight training outside of the instructional day, conditioning, open facilities, tryouts, practices, and athletic contests.

If, for some reason, you cannot attend any of these dates, you must contact Misty Hudgins, our Athletic Trainer, to make alternate arrangements.  ALL STUDENT ATHLETES SHOULD HAVE THEIR PHYSICALS BY THESE DATES.

FEATURING YOUR STAR COUGAR ONLINE
We want to feature ALL of our star athletes in action or signing with their favorite college or university, but we need your help!  In order to have your student's photo posted on our pages, you MUST complete the following form and have it on file with the school.  You must complete this form EVERY YEAR.  Unfortunately, it does not renew each year.  Note:  the form for 2011-2012 will not be released until sometime in August.  Please complete this when you return to school at that time.  Thanks!!
