Cougar Cardio Room

 

The cardio room is up and running. It features an assortment of equipment, including  treadmills, one elliptical, two stair climbers, two bikes, a health rider, and some ab benches. In the back room, you will find stability balls for ab work as well as aerobic steps. There is a scale in the back office, and the TV on the wall is hooked up. The remote is on the cart under the TV.

 

This room is for use by all Centennial students, faculty, staff, and administration.   WELCOME!

 

If you need to know how something works or are having trouble with something, please contact Brian Kelly

 

Just a few quick rules:

 

1. Make sure the door is locked when you leave.
2. Students should NOT use the room without a faculty supervisor present.  When the teacher leaves, all students must also leave.
3. If you move something or get something out of the back room, please put it back when you are finished.
4. Wipe down machines with the spray bottles on the counter after you have finished using them. (Towels will also be available on the counter.)
