New Student Registration Information

*Please register as soon as possible as student enrollment affects staffing ratios.
Please bring the following:
  • An official TN child Health Record for proof of immunizations
  • Original birth certificate
  • Original social security card
  • Proof of residency - 2 Forms (i.e. water bill, gas bill, electric bill)
  • Parent driver's license
