Letter from Dept. of Health Re: H1N1
Non-Medical Absence Form

Hey WCS Parents! Did you know nutrition experts in our county offer free tips on how to avoid weight gain during the holidays and nutritious snack ideas to send to school with your child?
The Coordinated School Health website is a great tool to help keep your child and you healthy!
Check it out ... the website is:
http://www.wcs.edu/parentstudent/health/
Also... if you're not signed up for IN FOCUS... a link to what's going on in all Williamson County schools... please do.  It's a special way to keep informed about what your school, and others, are doing in the community.  The link to sign up is:
http://www.wcs.edu/districtemail.asp

Attention parents!  If you don’t already receive IN FOCUS, be sure to sign up for Williamson County Schools’ e-mail newsletter.  Complete with videos, articles and other news you need to know, IN FOCUS is the main source for Williamson County Schools’ district information.  Signing up for IN FOCUS is easy.  Just make sure your child’s school has your correct email address on file, or simply go to www.wcs.edu and select the icon that reads “Sign Up for the In Focus Newsletter”.  Fill out the information and you’ll receive an exciting issue of IN FOCUS every other Thursday.

ATTENTION CUSTODIAL OR PRIMARY CARE PARENTS AND GUARDIANS:  We must give both parents equal access to their child and that child’s records unless you have provided us with a copy of a document signed by a Judge and stamped “filed” with a Court stating otherwise.  Please provide us at the start of the school year with a copy of any Court Order, Marital Dissolution Agreement, Parenting Plan or other legal document which affects these issues. If any changes occur during the school year, please provide us with a copy of the new document which has been stamped “filed” with the Court.
