Information contained in the links below will help to expedite requests for use of any Williamson County School facility.

      Policy

Below are a few important items regarding requests for use of school facilities.  These items are included in the board policy, administrative guidelines or on the use form. 

  • Requestor must be a resident of Williamson County to use any Williamson County Schools facilities. (Board Policy 3.206, page 1, lines 7 & 8 / Procedures & Guidelines #2)
  • Written requests for use of school facilities shall be submitted to the office of the principal at least 2 weeks prior to, but not more than 45 days prior to, the date of desired use. (Procedures & Guidelines #1)
  • Certificate of Liability Insurance must accompany request. (Procedures & Guidelines #14)
  • Certificate of Liability must name Williamson County Schools as “Additional Insured”. (Procedures & Guidelines #14) No exceptions
  • Payment for use by community organizations must accompany request. (Procedures & Guidelines #10)
