The Scholastic Book Fair visited Fairview Elementary School Library from November 10 – November 17,2005.  The book fair was sponsored by the school library.  We had a Donuts for Mom and Dad on Thursday, November 10^th from 7:00 – 8:00 a.m.  Donuts, milk and coffee were served for our early morning shoppers.  Parent night was held Tuesday, November 15^th from 3:30 – 6:30 p.m. Door prizes were given to 10 lucky shoppers to select $10 in free paperback books.  The classes had many opportunities to come and browse, make a wish list, and shop during the book fair.  Each teacher made a wish list of books they would like to have in their room.  Many generous donations of books were made to the teachers.  We would like to thank all the parent volunteers that helped make this book fair possible.  The profit from the Book Fair will be used to buy new books for the library.  Many thanks to all the children, parents, and community for supporting our book fair.  Look for the Spring Book Fair in March 2006.
