On Monday, February 27, first grade took a field trip to the Renaissance Center in Dickson. The students were in for a treat as the Nashville Opera performed a special one-day performance of “Little Red’s Most Unusual Day”. This was a musical play based on Little Red Riding with a few twists. After lunch, the students went to the Faraday Theater to see the program “Meet the Scientist”. There, the students participated in experiments about the five senses and the color spectrum.
