Paducah Tilghman has an amazing facility.  Their blue track is very impressive.
The weather conditions were tough but we were fortunate the rain held off for as long as it did.

We left at 6:15 A.M. with all 12 scheduled athletes showing up on time.
We basically took a fresh/soph team along with Hewitt, Haynes, and Sensing.
I was extremely flexible with those that had other obligations over the weekend.

Here are some of the guys we were missing.

This was a good meet for us regardless ...

For the next two weeks we will suffer through basketball tryouts and basketball spring practice.
Several of our freshman will choose basketball tryouts over track.

Many thanks to FHS football coach Craig Clayton for moving spring football practice to early March instead of late April.

We have a JV meet at home Wednesday at 3:30.

Next Friday, 12 athletes will make the trip to the 20-team Collinsville Invitational (near St. Louis).
Cahokia (IL) and O'Fallon (IL) are both incredible teams and will be in attendance. Cahokia is the best team in Illinois.
Belleville West, winners of the Marion Relays last week, will also be there. West is coached by Patton Segraves, a former athlete of mine.
