Students and Parents

  1. Go to www.eligibilitycenter.org to learn how to register with the clearinghouse.

  2. Please complete the Release of Academic Records document and return to the counseling center along with the two NCAA Clearinghouse transcript requests.  Click here to download the release form that contains further directions. 

 

College Athletic Recruiters

 

Directions for obtaining a potential recruit's high school transcript and test scores:

  1. Please contact the high school coach for your sport first.

  2. Download and complete the Coach's Transcript Request form (link is below).

  3. Fax the completed form to 615-472-4479.  We will confirm that the student has given us permission to release their academic information to coaches.  We will also notify the correct personnel in our building of your request.

  4. Contact the coach to inform someone if you plan to visit in person.  We will do our best to have forms ready for you.
