This is a tool provided as a service by Franklin High School.  Through this service you may:

Obtain Duplicate Diploma

Duplicate Diploma Request Print out the form and complete.  Send to the address listed at the top of the form.  There is a $10 fee to receive a duplicate diploma.  To open the document, you need Adobe Reader loaded on your computer.
