  • This section will explain how to print bubble sheets.

             Print Bubble Sheets          2.1
  • To print bubble sheets, start by pressing the “print bubble sheets” icon and following the onscreen commands.
  • Notes:

  • You are asked to key in your teacher ID which has been assigned to you by your Central office specifically for the grading software.  Key in the number and be sure to press the “PURPLE ENTER KEY” when you are finished.  Failure to press the “PURPLE ENTER KEY” on the touch screen will result in the machine failing to respond correctly and causing it to not work.

  • The machine will recognize your teacher ID and greet you accordingly.  Once you have read the screen and instructions you must press the “PURPLE ENTER KEY”.

  • Select the answer sheet you wish to use and distribute to the students by pressing the relative button and when you are finished making your selection press the “PURPLE ENTER KEY”.  You can only choose one form at a time.

  • The final step in printing your bubble sheets is to input the desired number of copies and then press the “PURPLE ENTER KEY”.  When selecting the copies please keep in mind that if you select 19 or less copies they will be printed on the printer and 20 or more will print on the Riso Duplicator.

  • Once you are finished with the prompts for printing bubble sheets the screen will return to this “MAIN SCREEN” where it will stay and your bubble sheets will print either on the printer or the Riso Duplicator depending on how many copies you are waiting for.

  • This section will explain, in detail, how to do daily test grading.

  • Start grading your bubble sheets by pressing the “daily Testing” icon and following the prompts that follow.

  • Select the answer sheet you wish to have used to take the test by pressing the relative button and when you are finished making your selection press the “PURPLE ENTER KEY”.  The form you select MUST be the same form that you are grading.

  • Please enter the amount of question that were asked and answered on the test that is to be graded and then press the “PURPLE ENTER KEY”.  Make sure you are answering the bubbles in order and do not space answers out on the page.  The answers must correspond to the answers on the answer key.

  • You are asked to select the period for the test that is being graded and this info will be printed on the reports that are selected on the screens that follow.  Once you have selected the period you must press the “PURPLE ENTER KEY”.  To access the second page you must press the down arrow and you will see more options for the periods.

  • By placing a check mark next to a report you are selecting that report to be printed out.  You must select a minimum of one report for the machine to grade your tests but can select as many report as you need.  It is suggested that when you first start using the Grading machine that you select all reports so that you can compare them and find the right report for your needs.

  • You are asked to title your test, this can be useful in many ways and allow users to customize specific reports for specific classes.  Note that there is a minimum of one (1) character and a maximum of ten (10).  After titling your test you must press the “PURPLE ENTER KEY”.

  • This screen is displayed once the grading prompts are complete and all information has been entered successfully.  “Scanning……” is displayed as long as the machine is scanning, after the last test is fed through the scanner the display will return to the “main Screen” where you will wait for up to two (2) minutes for the reports to print.  Please note that the wait depends on the amount of tests scanned and reports requested.

  • This section explains District Assessment and how to send tests and receive copies of the reports.

            District Assessment                      4.1
  • Start By pressing the District Assessment key and then follow the on screen prompts.  Note that this is used for tests that have digital answer keys ONLY! DO NOT place an answer sheet on top of the tests to be graded.  You will use this portion of the screen only when asked to do so by WCS.

            District Assessment                      4.3
  • You must place the answer sheets face down and please remember that you DO NOT put an answer key with these tests.  This is for District Assessment only not for daily testing.  When you have the tests on the scanner header first and face down, press the “PURPLE ENTER KEY”.

            District Assessment                      4.4
  • This screen is asking for your course ID, the ID is distributed by WCS which will correspond to a specific test and subject.  Once the course ID is entered you can then press the “PURPLE ENTER KEY”.

  • This screen will display the tests that correspond to the course ID.  If you do not see your test in this screen you must stop what you are doing and press the “GREEN CANCEL KEY” to return to the Main Screen and then try redoing the previous steps and make sure your course ID is correct.  If you find that you still have a problem please call your department head and they will be able to assist you further if needed.  If everything is good please select the course you need and press the “PURPLE ENTER KEY”.  Note: the screen above is for demonstration purposes only, your screen will differ depending on the course ID selected.

            District Assessment                      4.6
  • For District Assessment please make sure that you class period is correct.  This is a very important step and will affect the outcome of your grades.  Once you have selected the period you can then press the “PURPLE ENTER KEY”.

            District Assessment                      4.7
  • When choosing these reports please note that if you do not choose any reports the tests are still graded and the information is saved at head office.  These reports are for your own use and are NOT required to continue the process.  To proceed to the next screen you can select a report( or not) and then you must press the “PURPLE ENTER KEY”. NOTE that if you don’t want any reports to print you only have to press the purple enter key to proceed to the next step.
