Fundraising at FHS

One of the great tenets of the United States of America is that a free public education is offered to all students.  We are lucky to be in a school and a county that also provides a high quality and free public education.  Franklin High School attempts to excel in all areas when possible.  It is is renowned for its academics, vocational programs, and athletic programs.  Much of what FHS is able to offer students is due in part to the donations and fundraising efforts of the parents, students, and community.  We want to continue to be able to give to FHS to hopefully provide our students with the best educational possibilities.

There are two ways to financially help at FHS to promote success.

  1. BECOME A MEMBER OF THE FHS PARENT ASSOCIATION.

  2. PARTICIPATE IN FHS PA SPONSORED FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES .Check back on this website to see if new opportunities are added.

FHS PA MEMBERSHIP

All FHS parents and families are eligible for membership in the Parent Association. Annual dues are $40.00 per family which includes a “prized” school directory (each additional directory is $5.00).

FUNDRAISING:  “REBELS WITH A CAUSE” ANNUAL FUND

The FHS PA sponsors an annual fundraising campaign entitled “Rebels with a Cause.” The “Rebels with a Cause” Annual Fund helps provide the academic “extras” from Mrs. Dickerson’s “Wish List” that otherwise would not be available to our students due to limited county budgeting. All donations are tax-deductible. Monetary gifts range from $5-$1000. All donors receive a FHS WINDOW DECAL.
