Fairview Middle School TSA Chapter

What Is TSA?

The Technology Student Association (TSA) is the only student organization devoted exclusively to the needs of technology education students. Open to students who are enrolled in or who have completed technology education courses, TSA is composed of over 100,000 elementary, middle, and high school students in 2,000 schools spanning 45 states. TSA is supported by educators, parents, and business leaders who believe in the need for a technologically literate society. Our members learn through exciting competitive events, leadership opportunities, and much more!

TSA at Fairview Middle School

The Fairview Middle School TSA Chapter was established in 1991.  Over the last ten years hundreds of students have participated in Chapter, State and National events.  Students have traveled across the state from Memphis to Pigeon Forge to participate in the Annual State conferences.  We have traveled to eight different states to participate in National conferences.  As a result of participation in the annual competitive event conferences, students have received over 150 awards and trophies.  Our chapter was awarded the Chapter Excellence Award in 1999 at the National Conference in Oklahoma, and continues to excel in the areas of leadership, technology and community service.
