Plot:

This book is about a cane toad named Limpy who is on a mission to find out why people hate cane toads. People run over his family. He was caught by a person and was given a shot. He thought that the shot was poison and that if he went back to his family he would give them the disease. He did not want his family to die to. He ends up finding out that it was a tracking device.

good:

Something good about the text is that it was suspenseful. It held me on the edge of my seat. I really enjoyed it. Another good thing is that Limpy cares about his family. He worries about his sister Charm. This book is very adventurous.

weaknesses:

I really like this story but I think that I would call this book Limpy’s Adventure.
It just catches on better. It makes more sense. That is the only thing I would change.
