Fairview High School Golf Scramble The Fairview High School Booster Club will be hosting its annual 4 man golf scramble on Saturday, October 23, 2010 beginning at 8am at Montgomery Bell State Park Golf Course. To enter a team, please print and return the form with your team's entry fee as listed on the form. Also, you may purchase a hole sponsorship by printing and returning the hole sponsorship form and fee.
