1^st Trimester Essential Outcomes

1. Cultivate positive leadership skills.
2. Participate in skills USA-VICA
3. Assess situations within the school, community, workplace, and apply values to develop and select situations.
4. Demonstrate the ability to work cooperatively with others.
5. Demonstrate a positive attitude regarding safety practices and issues.
6. Use personal protective equipment.
7. Demonstrate safe operating procedures with tools and equipment, such as hand and power tools, ladders, scaffolding and lifting equipment.
8. Follow safety procedures for lifting heavy lifting heavy objects.
9. Adhere to responsibilities, regulations, and company policies regarding reporting accidents.
10. Practice fire prevention in dealing with various flammable materials.
11. Demonstrate appropriate construction related safety procedures.
12. Pass with 100%accuracy a written safety examination.
13. Pass with 100% accuracy a performance examination relating safety
14. Maintain a portfolio record of written safety examinations and equipment examinations for which the student has passed an operational checkout bye the instructor.

38. Create accurate and complete manual scale drawings of two-dimensional objects and two-dimensional plans.
39. Apply drawing dimensional rules using basic measurement system.
40. Create complete and orthographical projections of complex 3D objects
41. Create complete orthographical projections of complex 3D objects.
42. Analyze the use of a computer aided drafting software program to draw 2D and 3D objects.
43. Students will continue to build storage buildings to enhance the knowledge of framing, workmanship, and terminology.
44. Review safety precautions and procedures.
45. Students will learn how to complete an application and obtain job interview skills that will help them in getting a job in the work force.
