1st Trimester Essential Outcomes

  1. Examine different types of maturity and how individuals become mature.
  2. Identify how one’s values affect one’s life.
  3. Improve decision making based on values and goals.
  4. Identify the process of decision making.
  5. Demonstrate an ability to assume responsibility for actions and decisions.
  6. Demonstrate methods to obtain a positive attitude in the workplace.
  7. Develop a healthy concept for home, school, and work.
  8. Identify occupational interest, aptitude, and abilities.
  9. Relate career interest aptitude and abilities to appropriate occupations.
  10. Examine desired lifestyles as related to select occupations.
  11. Demonstrate team membership

2nd Trimester Essential Outcomes

  5. Complete employment test.
  6. Complete a job interview.
  7. Demonstrate appropriate appearance.
  8. Perform mathematical calculations.
  9. Demonstrate how personalities can affect job performance using True Colors.
  10. Identify 2 possible community colleges you would be interested in attending.
  11. Identify 1 four year college you would be interested in attending.
  12. Develop a plan in writing on a job you can obtain upon graduation.
  13. Complete an Employment Test that is given by a company.
  14. Write a thank you letter to your parents.
