1^st Trimester Essential Outcomes

1. The student will display knowledge of song form.
2. The student will perform examples on simple instruments.
3. The student will write a simple song using the ABA song form.
4. Fundamentals of marching 
5. 12 major scales
6. Memorization of musical selections.
7. Working knowledge of notation up to grade 4 sixteenth notes and rest.
8. Practice techniques
9. Proper articulation of musical passages.
10. Knowledge of marching drill.
11. Knowledge of key signatures.
12. Knowledge of song forms.
