Team Sports

  • Exhibit competency, advancing to proficiency in team sports.

  • Teams sports include but not limited to volleyball, flag football, basketball, ultimate Frisbee, and handball.

  • Reinforce team sports as lifetime activities.

Individual Sports

  • Connect the importance of skill development to successful game play.

  • Demonstrate rules and strategies.

Physical Fitness/Conditioning

  • Improve cardiovascular, respiratory, neuromuscular control.

  • Recognize and establish behavioral factors leading to the development of total fitness.

  • Participate in both aerobic and anaerobic activity.

  • Participate in Ply metric and Dynamic stretching type activities.
