Car Riders:  Please drive (single lane) down the hill to the school entrance.  A school employee will assist your child.  If you need to enter the school with your child, please park in the designated parking lot.

Dismissal Procedures:  All car and bus riders (including day care buses) shall be dismissed at the designated areas only.  This policy is for the safety of all students and will be strictly enforced.
Car Riders:  All students will exit from the kindergarten wing at 3:35.  All vans and trucks please use lane three (furthest from the building).  This allows a clear view of all vehicles.  Remain in your vehicle with engine turned off.  School employees will assist your child and motion to indicate a single lane exit.  For safety reasons, we will not load past the yellow lines.  In the event your child does not load with the group of vehicles, please exit and return to the entrance.  Please do not exit your car and wait outside the building or enter the lobby area during dismissal.  Thanks for your cooperation for a safe school.

Attendance
Regular school attendance is vital to ensure your child's educational success.  If absent, please send a note upon return stating the reason for your child's absence.  If a note is not received, the absence is unexcused.  Absences for a family trip may be excused for one event up to five consecutive days.  Any family trip extending beyond five days or additional trips will result as unexcused.  Written notice is requested two weeks prior to departure.  A responsible adult MUST sign in a tardy student.  All students must be checked out through the office for early dismissal.
