The GMS Library Media Center supports the instructional program and uses a fixed and flexible schedule that allows all students access to the library.

The LMC houses a book collection of 11,000+ books and 1000+ non-print items that include 54 hard copy magazine titles, audio books, videos and DVDs. 

On line sources include: Grolier Encyclopedia, Britannica Encyclopedia, Big Chalk, Vanderbilt University Library and University of Tennessee Library. 

The annual Book Fair is held in February and proceeds are used to purchase new books and computers for the library media center. 

Gifts are given in honor of students and teachers for special occasions such as birthdays.  Memorials are given in memory of teachers, students, grandparents and teachers parents.

A bookplate is placed in front of each donated book.  Call 615-472-4504  to make a donation.

 Periodically, new materials lists will be included on this web site, as well as library media center activities.
