Hunters Bend PTO Hunters Bend Elementary is very proud of having an active Parent-Teacher Organization. Every parent is automatically enrolled as a member of the PTO, and there are no membership dues. Our PTO offers a variety of ways for parents to become involved. It is through the dedicated efforts of our parents that Hunters Bend has many needed "extras," including our exceptional computer lab and professional development materials for the staff.
The PTO does a wide
variety of things for the school-- from organizing and
running fundraisers to compiling school directories. PTO volunteers
also assist with the sale of packaged school
supplies, kindergarten tote bags, rest mats, class T-shirts, and with the
collection of Box Tops for
Education. Hunters Bend has a strong core of parent volunteers. The dedication
of our parents has been a huge part of the school's
success!
