School Improvement Plan

The purpose of the School Improvement Plan is to monitor the implementation and effectiveness of our school with respect to improving student achievement and building and strengthening the instructional and organizational capacity of the school.  The plan is divided into 5 separate components, each being worked on by its own team whose members include faculty and staff from HBES, parents, and community members.  Deadline for completion of the SIP is May 15, 2008.  At this point the plan will be submitted to the district for presentation to the state.
