Teachers

Hunters Bend is recognized countywide for its highly qualified and dedicated staff. Faculty members are constantly attending seminars and workshops to further their own education. In addition to our emphasis on academic excellence, each teacher makes student safety a top priority. Staff members are trained in CPR and rescue breathing techniques, and participate in refresher courses every two years.

The Hunters Bend staff has secured a reputation of having strong, positive inter-grade working relationships. Regular grade level meetings are planned so our students are guaranteed a consistent progression of skills without overlapping activities or field trips from grade to grade.

It is our goal to give your child the best overall education possible while increasing his or her self esteem and instilling a true desire for learning.
