Kindergarten Registration is fast approaching!

If you know of a child who will be 5 by Sept 30, 2008- they are eligible to join us!!

·       Dates: April 1st and 3rd

·       Time: 9am- 2pm on the 1st and 3rd

·       Time: 4pm-7pm on the 3rd only

·       Place: Heritage Elementary School

 

What to bring:

·       Proof of Residency: Contract on your house and two utility bills (see web for complete list)

·       Original Birth Certificate

·       Social Security Card

·       Immunizations and Physical form
