Hello, Heritage family! I am so excited to begin my
second year on the third grade team here at this
wonderful school. This will be my seventh year of
teaching, all but one in third grade. I love teaching
third grade - there is so much fun to be had with kids
and learning at this age.
I moved to Nashville from Georgia two years ago after I
married my amazing husband, Rich. He is a scientist at
Vanderbilt University, where I received my Bachelor's
degree in Elementary Education and English Literature.
In my spare time, I love visiting different restaurants
and music spots in Nashville, working out at my local
gym, and traveling on breaks. My other hobbies include
reading, journaling, cooking, singing, snorkeling, and
shopping.
I look forward to another amazing year and can't wait to
meet all the new students and parents in our class this
year.
