I thought that you might want to know something about your child’s teacher.  So here is the following information.  First and foremost, (and I hear your mind wondering-----ha,ha) how tall am I?  I am 6’ and 7”.  I graduated from Lawrence County High School in 1990, earned my B.S. degree from Middle Tennessee State University (M.T.S.U.) in 1995, and obtained my Master’s degree in Education from Trevecca Nazarene University in the summer of 2000.  This will be my fourth year here at Heritage Elementary School.  However, I will be starting my fifteenth year of teaching this year.  Out of those fourteen years, I have taught 4^th grade for nine years.  My wife and I live in Lawrenceburg, TN.  She is a pharmacist and works in Waynesboro, TN.  We have no children of our own, but hopefully will some day.  We do have two cats.  One is a black female cat with yellow eyes named Grizzly and the other is an orange male cat with green eyes named Oscar.  We also have a dog named Buster.  Our dog is a male basset hound that is white with beige-color spots.  I guess for now, these pets are “our kids”.  I enjoy watching any sport related event, but especially if it involves the University of Tennessee, the Tennessee Titans, the Atlanta Braves, or the Memphis Grizzlies.  I like to fish, bowl, and occasionally travel.  I also enjoy church related activities; especially singing in the choir.  My wife and I are presently attending OK Baptist Church in Lawrenceburg, TN.
