Welcome to Heritage Elementary!  My name is Carla Watson and I am thrilled to be part of the Third Grade Team.  Third Grade is where I have most of my teaching experience.  This is not by chance but by choice.  I dearly love third graders!  My degree is from Troy State University and my post graduate work is from Memphis University, Lambuth University, Cumberland University, and one summer course at Vanderbilt University (because that is all I could afford.)

I am married and live on a farm near Triune.  My husband and I share the farm with our three four legged children. Their names are Butch, Nick, and Molly.  We rescued Molly from a center this summer.

Teaching is what I have always wanted to do.  I love the excitement of learning new things with children.
