The Vanderbilt Bone & Joint Clinic, located at 206 Bedford Way Franklin, TN 37064, will be offering FREE athletic physicals for students who will be attending Independence High School for the 2013-2014 school year as well as our feeder schools Heritage Middle & Hillsboro Middle at 6:30 pm on April 25th, 2013. Student athletes need to have the forms signed by a parent before coming to physicals.
