Dylan Toscano and the Independence Eagles baseball now know their fate in the district tournament starting this Friday, 2nd seed. The Eagles reserved their second seed spot with a tremendous performance against Brentwood Tuesday night. Toscano and company shutout the Bruins 5-0. The Eagles were able to capitalize on 5 Bruin miscues in the game. Toscano gets his third win of the season. The victory gives the Eagles one more advantage; home field advantage, Independence will host the district tournament starting on Friday.
