Indy Wrestling team
continues to show the state why they are one of the top 3 elite
teams in the state of Tennessee this year as they feast on
Cougars in a total lopsided match against Centennial. The Eagles
defeated Centennial 76-0 and didn’t lose a single match, Varsity
or JV. The team's overall record is 23-1 in dual matches and
have competed in 6 tournaments (4 1st place finishes,
2 2nd places). Thursday night is the Eagles' senior
night and they will be facing off against Father Ryan, the
defending Division 2 state champs. This will be the
toughest match of the season, thus far, for the Eagles. Coach
Grindstaff and the team need all of Indy Nation to be there and
support our wrestlers as they compete at home for the last time
this season until the regional tournament. Wrestling starts at
5:30. The results from Indy vs. Centennial are below…
