Fair use is always credited.
Fair use applies to educator use for face-to-face instruction, students' self study, and distance learning.
Fair use applies to educator use at workshops or conferences.
Permission must be obtained for any fair use material placed on a webpage.
These same guidelines apply to student work that incorporates fair use material.
