HI!  My name is Rosemary Casey. I am originally from South Florida and attended Florida Atlantic University, where I received a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education and an endorsement in English for Speakers of Other Languages.  I did my internship in 1^st grade and have taught K, 1^st, and 2^nd grade ESL in Florida for 3 years.  My future goal as an educator is to receive a master’s degree in reading. 

I moved to Tennessee in 2001 with my husband, Mike and our sons, John, age 7 and Killian, age 6.   We live in Thompson’s Station and LOVE it!!!!   As a family we love to cook, read, work on the house, play sports, and exercise.  If ever I find “me” time I enjoy exercising, volunteering, shopping, baking, and gardening.

I have been teaching at Longview since the doors opened on the very first day!   I am extremely proud to be such an important part of this community. We have a wonderful staff at Longview!!!   I am very excited to venture into year 3!  Go Lizards!!!!
