The Philippines

In October 2003, we had international visitors to our campus. We were very happy to host Remedios "Matin" L. Petilla, the Governor of the Province of Leyte. Dr. Erlinda C. Pefianco the Director of the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization along with some mayors and other educators from the Philippines accompanied Governor Petilla.
